Ordering and delivery
Users of the website www.easyeats.ee agree to the terms and conditions specified in this agreement when placing an order. These terms govern the relationship between the service provider, EasyEats (Tomberg Invest OÜ), and users who use the services or purchase goods from the website. The service allows users to order food packages with delivery within Tallinn between 19.00 and 21:00. The delivery price is calculated from the address entered during ordering and displayed before checkout. The total shown before payment includes the selected meals and the calculated delivery price.
The courier will deliver the product to the address provided by the user. Notifications about delivery will be provided through SMS; however, the courier reserves the right to call the user if necessary.
If a user fails to receive their order due to their own actions (e.g., not being present at the delivery address), they cannot demand a refund. The service provider's courier will wait for up to 5 minutes at the specified address. If access to the address is impossible due to external factors like weather conditions, the user can collect the order from a reachable location by communicating via SMS provided on EasyEats website.
Users can change the delivery address before the delivery day until 12:00 by informing the service provider via SMS number provided on EasyEats website.
Food and delivery conditions
The service provider doesn't provide medical advice or consider individual health conditions when preparing menus. Users should check for allergens or other ingredients they may be sensitive to before placing an order.
The service provider commits to delivering orders within the agreed time frame. However, delivery times may be extended due to uncontrollable circumstances like traffic or adverse weather. In such cases, the service provider will inform the user and deliver the order as soon as possible.
Refunds and service availability
If a user tries the first delivery of a weekly order and decides the meals are not for them, they can contact the service provider before the second delivery. The second delivery will be cancelled and 50% of the total weekly order will be refunded. The user does not need to provide a reason. Further details are available in the Refund policy.
The service provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to all users without providing a reason, fulfilling outstanding orders first. They may also refuse service to debtors or problematic customers.
The service provider can change service prices, but these changes won't affect existing orders.
Payment and customer details
Users pay through the secure payment platform provided during website checkout. Weekly subscription billing, payment details, invoices, and cancellation are managed securely through Stripe. Registered customers can open Stripe billing from their EasyEats account, and EasyEats may also provide a secure management link. Services are activated after payment is received.
Users must ensure the accuracy of their contact information to avoid delivery delays or misunderstandings. The service provider isn't responsible for such issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the user.
Changes and disputes
The service provider may unilaterally amend the terms of use at any time for the betterment of the website and services. Changes become effective upon publication on the website.
Legal disputes arising from the use of the website will be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled by the Harju County Court. Users have the right to terminate their relationship with the service provider at any time after fulfilling their obligations towards the service provider.
