If an order isn't delivered due to the service provider's fault, the user will be refunded within 5 working days for the unfulfilled part of the order, unless the customer agrees to a subsequent delivery attempt by the courier.

Customers may request a refund of 50% of their order under reasonable circumstances. If a refund is requested for the first batch of the week, the second batch of the week will be automatically cancelled and refunded. The refund amount will be equal to 50% of the total order value of the first batch.
